This Privacy Policy covers the Company’s treatment of information collected when you access our mobile application (“Mobile App”), our website at stronghernutrition.com and any associated web pages hosted through our website platform (“Website”), or any other linked pages, features, content, or services offered from time to time by the Company in connection therewith (collectively, the “Services”). This Privacy Policy applies to information we collect through the Mobile App, the Website, and in communications between you and the Company. It does not apply to information collected by any third party, including through any application or content that may link to or be accessible from our Services.

II. Users Must Be At Least 18Â
Users of our Services must be at least eighteen (18) years old; any user under 18 is not authorized to use the Services. Our Services are not targeted to children under age 18. We do not knowingly collect any personal information from children under 18 years of age.

III. Information We Collect and How We Collect ItÂ
We collect several types of information from and about users of the Services, including:
Account Information: name, email address, username, password, profile photo, and date of birth.
Health and Wellness Data: nutrition logs, food entries, calorie and macro tracking data, meal types, mood tracking selections, daily reflections, workout logs, exercise data, and fitness goals. This data is considered sensitive personal information and is treated with heightened protections as described in this Privacy Policy.
Community and Communication Data: posts, comments, images, videos, and other content you share in the community features of the Mobile App; direct messages; and communications with our support team.
Purchase and Payment Data: order history, subscription details, billing address, and payment method information. Payment card details are processed and stored by our third-party payment processors (Stripe and Kajabi) and are not stored directly by the Company.
Device and Usage Data: IP address, device type, operating system, browser type, app version, pages and screens visited, features used, timestamps, referring URLs, and general usage patterns.
Location Data: general geographic location inferred from your IP address. We do not collect precise GPS location data.
We collect this information: (a) directly from you when you provide it to us, such as when you create an account, log nutrition or workout data, post in the community, make a purchase, or contact us; and (b) automatically as you use the Services through cookies, tracking pixels, and similar technologies.
By voluntarily providing us with any such information, you are consenting to our use of it in accordance with this Privacy Policy. You can choose not to provide us with certain information, but then you may not be able to take advantage of many features or opportunities.
IV. Cookies and Tracking TechnologiesÂ
Our Website uses “cookies” and similar tracking technologies to improve your experience, save your preferences, and understand how our Services are used. Cookies are small data files placed on your device. We use cookies to recognize returning users, customize your experience, and analyze usage patterns.
Our Mobile App may use similar tracking technologies including device identifiers, analytics SDKs, and local storage to provide and improve the Services.

These service providers are contractually obligated to use your information only as necessary to provide services to us and are prohibited from using your information for their own purposes.
Community Features: When you post content in the community features of the Mobile App, your profile name, profile photo, and posted content are visible to other users. Do not share sensitive personal information in community posts.
Business Transfers: In the event of a merger, acquisition, reorganization, bankruptcy, or other sale or transfer of some or all of the Company’s assets, personal information held by the Company may be among the assets transferred. You will be notified of any such change via email and/or a prominent notice within the Services.
Legal Requirements: We may disclose your personal information to comply with a subpoena, court order, or other legal obligation; to enforce our Terms of Use and other agreements; to protect the rights, property, or safety of the Company, our users, or others; and to detect, prevent, or address fraud, security, or technical issues.

Advertising Partners: In the future, we may partner with third-party advertising services to display ads within or in connection with the Services. VII. Health and Wellness DataÂ
Our Services collect health and wellness-related data including nutrition logs, food entries, calorie and macronutrient tracking, mood selections, daily reflections, workout logs, and fitness goals. This data is considered sensitive personal information under applicable privacy laws, including the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA).
We use your health and wellness data solely for the following purposes: (a) to provide and personalize the nutrition tracking, mood tracking, and fitness features of the Services; (b) to display your data back to you in your personal dashboards, journals, and logs; and (c) to generate aggregated, de-identified analytics to improve the Services.
We do not sell, share, or disclose your individual health and wellness data to third parties for their own purposes. Your nutrition logs, mood data, and workout data are private to your account unless you choose to share content through the community features.
You may request deletion of your health and wellness data at any time by deleting your account through the Mobile App settings or by contacting us at [email protected].
VIII. Data RetentionÂ
We retain your personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you with the Services. If you delete your account, we will delete or de-identify your personal information within thirty (30) days, except as necessary to:
• Comply with legal obligations (e.g., tax records, transaction history).
• Resolve disputes or enforce our agreements.
• Prevent fraud or abuse.
Aggregated, de-identified data that cannot be used to identify you may be retained indefinitely for analytics and product improvement purposes.
Backup copies of your data may persist in our systems for a reasonable period after deletion, but will not be actively used or accessible.

We implement commercially reasonable administrative, technical, and physical security measures to protect your personal information from unauthorized access, use, alteration, and disclosure. Our Website and Mobile App may include social media features or integrations. Right to Delete: You have the right to request that we delete the personal information we have collected from you, subject to certain exceptions.
